• Clean indoor training shoes are required. If you forget them, please use the slippers at the entrance.
• Training without a shirt is not allowed.
• Tattoos are welcome.
• You may take photos and videos. Please make sure other people are not in them.

• If you come with friends, each person needs to buy their own entry card.
